| Accelerating the development of the high-tech industrial development zones in Liaoning province is strategic importance to develop Liaoning' s economy and society. Now the development of the high and new technology industrial development zone in Liaoning will face not only he chances but also the clinical challenges which are increased by economical globalization, new science and technology revolution, the strategic adjustment of China economy structural, China being the membership of WTO and the rapid development of the high-tech industrial development zones in China. It is imperative to accelerate the development of the high-tech industrial development zones in Liaoning province.
