Of all the state macro-policies, it is evident for water supply enterprise to carry out marketing innovation. On the background of Changsha water investment managing company, and aiming to development strategy, this article makes analysis on market principle and industrialization of city water supply.Changsha water investment managing company is derived from Changsha water supply company through system innovation.
