Study On Social-Economic Development And Land Use Of Taiyuan City

It is the fundamental realities of the country that "a large population and a few land, short of land reserving resources, sharp contradiction between human and land " and "sustainable development" is the theme. Under this background, how to correctly deal with the land to protect the relation with sustained economic development, Change land resource into land potentiality, gives play to the greatest benefit of the land resource, it is a question that is worth discussing. Taiyuan is the provincial capital of Shanxi province. At present, it is at the high growth stage of economic development, and the demand of all kinds of land use will increase day by day, and the problem existing in the land use will restrict the fast development of its economic construction. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the driving influence factor of economic development that influences the demand of land use of Taiyuan. And then offer rational basis for economy development in the future.At first, this paper studied the basic theories of land use, and analyzed the social economic development condition and the land use situation of Taiyuan from 1990 to 2002. Secondly, it analyzed the inter-reaction between economic development and land use of Taiyuan from between population and construction land and between GDP and construction land of Taiyuan City. At the same time, it analyzed the grey related degree between the construction land amount and the GDP, the total value of fixed assets of the whole society, urban population, urbanization level, and per capita GDP of Taiyuan. Thirdly, it is constructed that the construction land demand predict model of Taiyuan CitybaseonGM (1, 1) .Base on the analysis above, it should be thought about the development in the future that (1)Pay attention to the localization of the urban function of Taiyuan; (2)Strengthens the land resource management, guarantees the land resource sustainable use; (3)Sets up the new idea that the land utilizes planning, strengthen its implementing effect; (4)Full display land use control function; etc.
