With the development of information technology and smart technology, embedded systems development has developped rapidly, especially in the control area and smart instrumentation has been widely used. Embedded system application in the automatic weather station has important application value and theoretical significance.In order to solve the traditional automatic weather station interface is not rich, data communication method is unreasonable, development and maintenance cumbersome and constrained by supply problems and improve the scalability of automatic weather stations, compatibility, stability and flexibility, this paper using ARM7 microprocessor device LPC2387, embedded operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱand GPRS communication module, through a combination of design innovation and intensive, design a new generation of automatic weather station control and management system, which has UART, USB, CAN and other rich interfaces, GPRS wireless data Transmission, to achieve the function such as data collection, analysis, processing and storage.During the design of automatic weather station in the control and management system hardware, this main line of modular design concept, through the scheme comparison and optimization methods, considering the system stability, low power, reliable data transmission interference and other factors. In the technics and the circuit using anti-jamming measures, designed the power supply circuit, the minimum system circuit, a serial communication circuit, CAN-bus circuit, USB memory circuit and JTAG circuit, through experiments and applications to achieve low-power mode of the system Under the online simulation of serial communication, wireless communication and mass data storage and other functions, verify the reasonableness of the system design and operation stability.On the aspact of software, this paper studies embedded operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱport to LPC2387 hardware platform methods and techniques, analysis and design software drivers for the serial port, camera module C328 and the USB HOST circuit, implementation of the serial communication, camera module and mass data storage device control, through the online system and the PC machine commissioning, completing each task operating system software to verify the accuracy of these drivers, user program for the operating system designed to provide a guarantee with the reference.In order to solve the supply problem of automatic weather stations, the paper studies two aspects from the hardware and software to reduce system power consumption of the method proposed effective measures to reduce system power consumption, low-power CMOS chip, LPC2387 internal function modules automatically turn off after running and the job is done and other methods to enter power-down mode, through testing and practical application, the system meets the power requirements of solar wind power battery.hi...
