In recent decades, the related government department invested a lot of humanresources to monitor ground subsidence, including precise leveling, dynamic monitoring ofgroundwater, the GPS real-time observation, accumulated a large amount of data andinformation. How to reasonably and effectively manage, analyse and use these data, extractinformation on land subsidence to make these data can get better application, is veryimportant problem for the workers to control and prevent the ground subsidence.This study rely on the national land subsidence monitoring and comprehensiveresearch and information system construction in the prevention and control project, basedon the available land subsidence data, related facilities and dynamic monitoring landsubsidence observation data, using GIS technology and database management system, forthe ground subsidence monitoring data for scientific and standardized management, toestablish the dynamic database of land subsidence and for data acquisition subsystem anddata management and analysis subsystem to provide data support. As land subsidencemonitoring data management and analysis system of the core part, for the urban planning,construction and land subsidence prevention and control work, such as the provision oftimely and accurate information.In this paper the main research work includes the following aspects:The main research work includes the following aspects:1. The multi-source data classification. In this paper,according to different applicationrequirements and data information, the information collected in the survey were classifiedfor planning database. According to the working process, the land subsidence data isdivided into investigation, drilling and pit, and the monitoring data.2. Establish a unified coding system. Based on the analysis of ground settlementcharacteristics of multi-source data and practical application demand, establishing a unifiedcoding system to manage the data, ensure he uniqueness of all kinds of monitoring stations,avoid data redundancy, so that it is convenient for the coordinated management and query.3. Complete the data dictionary design. The attribute database is generated by datadictionary. Data dictionary makes the generation of attribute database more flexible and enhances the ground subsidence acquisition system flexibly and efficiently. Data dictionarycontains the attributes and the attribute table data items of all attribute table, ensuring thethe uniqueness of the same data item code, eliminating data redundancy; At the same time,the design of the data dictionary enormously reduced the workload of developers. Thesystem design and development are not dominated the database, and also not changed dueto the changes of the database.
