Mobile GIS is a comprehensive application technology which based on embedded GIS, integrating advanced global GPS technology,GIS technology, mobile communication technology and wireless Internet technology,to expand the service of GIS application field, improve the capability of space information collection, management and analysis. Integrated the geographical field practice is core component of geography teaching,and it plays an important role in strengthening students’quality education and cultivating the innovative ability. Through the practice, classroom teaching can be combined with field practice,and it can train students’ ability to observe, analyze and solve problems. Traditional geography practice is usually led by a teacher,and the teacher teaches according to the practical interpretation,in this way,they may meet unexpected situation, such as lost, going wrong, the students left behind, destinations omissions,and so on,which greatly affect the quality of the internship. To solve above problems, if we combine mobile GIS with geography practice,develop a mobile terminal system,which integrates information collection, mobile navigation and Auxiliary practice,it will be good for the effective management of training data and improve the students’ efficiency.By reading a large number of literature, in-depth studying related system development present situation at home and abroad, according to previous practice, the author analyzed in detail the main content of the integrated geographical field work, proposed the technical route of system development, designed the system development environment. Taking an example of lushan practice base, the author carried on the system requirements analysis, overall design, database design, detailed design, etc. By choosing the ArcGIS Server as a service platform, VS2010and Eclipse as the development environment, the Android for mobile terminal systems, through a lot of programming, the various functions of the design was realized. Combined the geographic information system and mobile communication technology applied to traditional spatial data acquisition of the business,it provides users with a set of data acquisition, management, processing, distribution in the integration of mobile GIS integrated geographical practice data acquisition and navigation system. The application of the system in the student’s internship, improves the quality of the efficiency of internship and internships, expands the students’ innovative thinking, provides effective auxiliary means for teachers and achieves relatively satisfactory results.This system is practical and advanced nature, its development and application, provides a good reference for other colleges and universities student internship management.
