Research Of GIS On Logistics Information System About Refined Grain

The technology of Geographical Information System has developed for more than50years. Now, it has been a perfect technology which has been applied to many fields. With the development of network technology, it will be a great growth for GIS application, based on the combination of GIS technology and network technology. And it will be more convenient for non-professional and common users. At the same time, the development of logistics information system, has made a powerful foundation for logistics tracking. Therefore, based on the strength of GIS technology, it makes differences for real-time vehicle tracking, visualization and transportation analysis.In this paper, the logistics information system has three function modules which are user management, basic information management and dynamic GIS. The research of GIS on logistics information system about refined grain, has four parts. They are map showing, real-time vehicle tracking, vehicle tracking history and transportation analysis.In this paper, we study the GIS application to logistics information system, such as coordinate storage, vehicle tracking history and transportation analysis. We implement the transportation analysis which has more than one center and destination. We also research SuperMap and Java Web technologies. In the end, we talk about the function design of this system and put forward a feasible program to implement it.
