Study On Keytechnology Of Open CNC System Fortorch Cutting Machine

As electronic technology and computer technology development, the open CNC systems are demanded increasingly. The more open CNC systems are required by the modern processing enterprises, because the traditional CNC system can not satisfy the requirements of them. The torch-cutting open CNC system was researched and developed in this paper.The research was combined with the topic of "open-type torch-cutting machine system research" from the Harbin Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. Electronic Equipment. The open CNC System Reference Model was proposed based on IPC to solve the deficiencies of the traditional private closed CNC system and the characteristics were described in the paper.The main researches are as follows:The basic information were introduced in the paper, such as the basic concept of the open CNC system, the development at home & abroad and the features of the open CNC system main.The torch-cutting numerical control system’s overall program and CNC system control program were designed.The system’s hardware was analyzed and the overall program was put forward based on the overall planning of torch-cutting numerical control system and the hardware platform was built. The main parts were introduced such as the motion controller, bus interface of PCI and AC Servo System. The software of the CNC system was researched. The overall design and the typical modular design of the torch-cutting CNC system control software were researched. The characteristics were introduced and the modular software architecture was researched.Test system and analysis performance. The experimental platform was introduced, the G code and the code of typical work was run. Systematic errors and processing errors were analyzed.
