| By employing the ecological footprint model and data of Baoding in2007, the ecologicalcapacity and utilization for ecological resources of Baoding in2007were calculated. Thesustainable development similarities and differences of each county in Baoding were alsoanalyzed by using clustering method. The results showed that,1) Beforethree-year-tremendous-changes, the deficit is0.5410hm~2per capita and the ecologicalfootprint came up to0.91hm2per ten thousand Yuan GDP.2) It’s appeared that the ecologicalenvironment of Baoding was in high load conditions, that the utilization efficiency of resourcewas rather low, and that the environment was in a weak unsustainable situation.3) The resultof clustering analysis showed that the counties of Baoding can be divided into five categoriesand the sustainability is quite different among them.4) Among the five categories, the deficitof the first area is lower than0.5; the second area is approximately equal to1; the third area isabout equal to3; the forth area is from3to5; and the last area is higher than5.On the data from "China Statistical Yearbook", the information flow indicatorsconstituting the complex ecosystem were screened, and four elements which described theinformation flow in ecosystem were refined out, that is communication factor, science andtechnology factor, educational factor, production and application factor. On this basis,theVariation of four elements’ in the recent ten years were discussed and the calculationmethods of specific index were acquired. It is showed from the studies that,(1) thedescription of the Information flow in complex ecosystem is composed of four partsindicators and the cumulative explanation rate of indicators reaches up to81.75%;(2)communication factor is the base of the information flow which can be represented by netizenpopulation;(3) last decade, the trend of the development of communication factor showed alinear growth, and the tendency of the development of education factor appeared a S-shapecurve, the trend of development of science and technology factor showed an exponential form,production and application factor was not in tune with the change of other three elementswhich was stable with a slight decline. The research provides the specific calculation formulaof the information flow which enriches and optimizes the calculation of the compoundecological flow.In complex ecosystem, we often based on the needs of the evaluation of material flow todetermine a composite indicator. Nemero index is one such evaluation in water qualityassessment. Based on the differences and relations between water quality assessment and material flow evaluation we amended the Nemero index formula. Verified the amendedNemero index formula’s through30provinces and whole country relative material flowcalculation。The results showed that:(1) The amended Nemero formula takes the interactionbetween ecosystem indicators into account, which more universal compared with the originalformula.(2) The calculation results can turely reflect the material flow differences betweentwo regions. So it can be applied in two or more regions material flow evaluation. |
