In the grinding process in the field of ultrasonic vibration honing display a series of special advantages, such as low grinding force, low grinding temperature, low surface roughness and high machining accuracy, and to be machining has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance sex, at the same time can solve common honing process oil-stone easily blocked, honing low efficiency. At present, in the automotive, aerospace engineering machinery and other manufacturing ultrasonic vibration honing has a broad prospect of application.The special structure of the ultrasonic vibration honing device, modeling process is more complex, cause design researchers calculated with the3D graphics difficult, so in order to make the designer from heavy modeling work freed, reduce duplication of work, realize the ultrasonic vibration honing device of computer aided design and of parameterized modeling has very important practical significance.In this paper, the ultrasonic vibration honing device and key parts of theoretical research and analysis, the device are reasonable module partition, and the key module on the parametric design, discusses the UG parameterized modeling process and related technology to realize the sound isolation system, ultrasonic horns stem head, body parts, honing head assembly, and the general assembly of the parameter driving. Design personnel can through the UG creating man-machine interface, realize the device parametric design.This paper VC++as a development tool, using the UGNX second development technology development the ultrasonic vibration honing device of the modular, parameter design system. Using UG/OPEN MenuScript customization of the device CAD system menu interface, with UG/OPEN UIStyle designed the system of dialog box, using UG/OPEN API in VC++ platform compiled to create dynamic link libraries, realize the system the connection between the dialog and data transfer.The realization of the system can be greatly reduce ultrasonic vibration honing device design, reduce the design personnel work and enhance the design efficiency and quality, shorten the design cycle, ultrasonic vibration honing device of CAE/CAM laid the foundation, and the realization of the system of the other device for the parametric has certain guidance and reference.
