Study On Construction Safety Management Based On Human Unsafe Behavior

The economic construction in china is of large-scale now. By the impact and constraints of the quality of employees and productive forces, safety production accidents in construction industry occur frequently. Safety production accidents are harmful to people’s life, property, social stability and harmony. According to the studies and statistics show that80%accidents in construction enterprises produce caused by unsafe behavior. Prevention and control of the accidents caused by unsafe behavior which happened in construction enterprises is the fundamental guarantee for reducing personnel casualties, economic loss and stable development. Therefore, researching on human unsafe behavior of construction production is imperative.This essay firstly analyzed the concept, classification, the relationship between human error and the general behavior mechanism, which do theroetial support for the research on unsafe human behavior of construction production.Secondly, did research on unsafe behavior of construction production, combining with the safety production features of construction enterprise.Thirdly, using the analytic hierarchy process method determined the weight of influencing factors which impact the workers and managers unsafe behavior respectively, and arranged them according to importance.Finally, the paper proposed suggestions on countermeasures to reduce and eliminate unsafe behavior in construction production on the basis of the hierarchy analysis method results.
