At present, though the Chinese coal mining has entered the mechanization ofproduction, it still needs the underground part of the operation manually. After thedanger, the personnel position information can’t be obtained in the first time, that will missthe best time to rescue and the safety problems of underground personnel can’t beguaranteed. Therefore, to develop in line with China’s coal mining geographicalinformation personnel positioning management system is required by times.Based on the TD equipment superiority in the underground communication, this paperanalyses the economy and simplicity to achieve the underground personnel positioningfunction with the resources the coal already have. Secondly, it introduces the positioningaccuracy improvement principle and its implementation with the angle of arrival and timeadvance technology. In the premise of the original positioning function, further reducing thepositioning error, ensure the positioning accuracy. In the paper, after analyzing kinds ofrequirements of the system, we compared the common integration schemas and chose thepopular combination of SpringMVC and Hibernate as our development framework.Andthen in the MyEclipse development platform and the use of B/S system architecture, thepaper achieved the positioning function integration to personnel management, organizationmanagement, safety production, information release, business data information platformsoftware design.By a key in the server side we can start the positioning function,and withthe sereve it is easy to complete base station information, personnel information, TDeNconnections configuration management.This paper completed the application software compiling and publishing, In the fielddebugging process, combined with the hardware equipment and the actual environment,collected a number of different terminals of different correction values within the range ofdistances to ensure the accuracy of location data. And other sub-function platform alsomade to verify the display, function, data, performance, etc., and they all in line withthe beginning of the design of the target. The system has been applied in the mine safety management, has the value to spread and use.
