Coal resources are non-renewable resources. Chinese energy resources mainly relies oncoal resources, mastering Chinese coal mining recovery status and improving the coalrecovery have great importance for the sustainable development of Chinese coal resources.Calculation method of coal mining recovery is based on the investigation and evaluationon the "three rate" of chinese mineral resources in2013. According coal mining range and coalloss morphological, the paper analyzes composition and reason for the loss of coal resources, and researches the main reason of the loss of coal reserves. Obtaining the main factors thataffects the recovery rate of coal mining. Recovery factors constitute a complex system, in thissystem, the factors above which connect with each other and interact with each other. Aninterpretive structural modelling (ISM) is establish to study the the relationship among thefactors.Survey data that is from coal mine recovery of Shaanxi Province in2013are wellstatistical analysed in every respect. The paper masteres the status of recovery rate in ShaanxiProvince, and the average mine recovery is60.23%.2009-2011, the mine recovery is62.71%,working section recovery is74.02%, face recovery is85.48%. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) structural model is established based on the results of the data analysis. The influencedegree of recovery main factors is nailed down, and the most important factor is the coal seamconditions.According the relationship among the recovery rate analysis of various factors and theobjective reality of the current mine, countermeasures are proposed to improve the recoveryrate of the Shaanxi coal mine. The results has scientific value for the promotion of Shaanxicoal mining recovery rate.
