The Analysis And Evaluation Of Lanzhou City Ecological Civilization Construction

Lanzhou is during the first five-year national identify key construction ofone of the12industrial center cities, the country’s major petrochemical,non-ferrous metallurgy and energy power industry base. In recent years, due tothe adjustment of the national development strategy, its fragile ecologicalenvironment, and social economic condition, the Lanzhou city’s ecologicalenvironment protection and city construction are in trouble. In order to solve theproblems faced by Lanzhou, need both to meet the needs of the Lanzhou cityindustrial development, urban construction, and also can protect the optimizingecological environment with the new development ideas.Ecological civilization city is based on the theory of ecological civilizationand the development of city construction pattern, construction of ecologicalcivilization city is a complex process, not only emphasis on construction of city,but also pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment. Thereasonable construction of ecological civilization city, need to the correspondingindex system to evaluate the ecological civilization city construction of Lanzhoucity and guidance, using the index system of ecological civilization city to graspthe present situation and problems of the development of the city, find out theproblems faced by urban development, propose solutions, finally realizes theecological civilization.This paper expounds the basic concept of ecological civilization city, putsforward the principles of constructing the index system of ecological civilizationcity. Using analytic hierarchy process, selection of indicators in line with thepresent situation of Lanzhou city characteristics, constructs the ecologicaleconomic civilization, ecological civilization, ecological civilization, ecologicalculture system civilization and ecological civilization of the five major ecologicalcivilization evaluation index system of urban development.Through the calculation of index of Lanzhou city ecological civilization city.The result shows that:(1) The Lanzhou city ecological civilization construction level value is7.3461,Lanzhou is in the early stage of ecological civilization construction, the low level of overall construction of ecological civilization.(2) The ecological culture civilization and ecological civilization index isrelatively good, but still below the ecological civilization city advanced level.Index system of ecological civilization and ecological civilization scored lowest inseveral indicators, and ecological civilization advanced cities in thecorresponding indicators have larger gap.(3) Compared with other cities of ecological civilization construction level,Lanzhou build ecological civilization city level is lower than the other cities,especially in the ecological system civilization, less than50%of the other citiesindex.On the analysis of the Lanzhou city ecological civilization city constructionindex, we can clear about what the Lanzhou city ecological civilizationconstruction is needed and what the main problems it is facing, from theecological economic civilization, ecological civilization, ecological civilization,ecological culture system civilization and ecological civilization five aspects, weproposed the way of construct the ecological civilization city and improve thecountermeasures.
