Coal has been a main position of an energy consumption in our country, it has provided a steady of power to promote China’s economic,to promote social development, and to improve people’s living standards. However, the special geological conditions of coal seam occurrence determine the coal are well versed in mining in our country. Coal production environments are very bad, Coal mine safety production capacity are highly dependent on the natural environment, greatly influenced by natural disasters and hydrogeological conditions. At the same time, Coal mine production logistics system with large scale and complex structure, each subsystem and link presents multi-level interactions relations. This may cause the coal industry coal mine accidents occurred frequently, these accidents caused tremendous damage on the whole social economic development and people’s life safety, and has a disadvantage influence to our country government image. Because of the complexity of the coal mine production logistics system safety factors influencing characteristics, How to effectively identify the safety factors importance of coal mine production logistics system, and to analysis the key safety factors of coal mines at different security states, has been a hot issue in research of coal mine safety.Based on the serious situation of coal mine safety production and the need of enhance the capacity coal mine safety production, in this paper, rough sets theory and IPA analysis method are applied to security influence factors analysis of coal mine production logistics system. First of all, using system analysis method to explain the connotation, characteristics and structures of the coal mine production logistics system, to analysis the influence factors of coal mine production logistics system, and to select security influence indicators for coal mine production logistics system from both qualitative and quantitative point of view, And build index system.Then, this paper expounds the basic ideas of safety factors analysis model of the coal mine production logistics system, build the model for safety influence factors analysis of the coal mine production logistics system based on rough sets and IPA analysis, and introduced the concrete application process of the model. Finally, select eight coal mine of Y coal group as empirical research object, to identify the coal mine production logistics system safety factors important degree, and to analysis the key security factors of the coal mine at different status. To renew the mines on the basis of the results of the study, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and investigated before and after the modification of safety status of coal mine production logistics system evaluation, in order to verify the effectiveness of the model.In this paper, the results show that the effect of different security influence factors on the coal mine production logistics system are not exactly the same, and the key safety factors of the safety status of coal mine also show some differences.The results enriched the related theory of the coal mine production logistics system security, has important practical application value for Coal industry to identify their own security bottleneck factor, targeted to renew the coal mine, to realize the resource optimal allocation of coal mine safety, and to improve coal mine safety production capacity.
