This subject studies the digital oil condition monitoring system based on theadaptive intelligent power distribution analysis to solve the problems of overheatingand overlarge energy consumption in the late oilfield exploitation caused by theunderload running of submersible motor and to meet the three requirements of ourcountry. They are the temperature monitoring of submersible motor, the energysaving and consumption reducing, and the well digitizing.First of all, in order to make fault diagnosis accurately to the underload runningstate submersible motor, it is necessary to have a reliable condition monitoringtheory as the basis. This paper respectively uses temperature identification methodbased on the rotor slot harmonic and the temperature prediction method based on thethermodynamic model to deduce the calculation formula of temperature. Then itgives a more complete theory of condition monitoring combining the two of theories.Then, a hardware experimental platform of submersible motor condition monitoringsystem is built. Meanwhile, the condition monitoring of the submersible motoralgorithm is designed and optimized. On the basis of the previous research, changethe thermal parameters of overall thermodynamic model from the fixed value intononlinear variation, and introduce the closed-loop online modulation process, finallymake temperature prediction algorithm to be more perfect, and obtain more accuratetemperature prediction curve and steady temperature value.Secondly, after fault diagnosis, it is essential to make a corresponding andintelligent control to the motor. This article puts forward a closed loop controltheory based on the optimum voltage frequency ratio and verifies the feasibility ofthe proposed control method through the simulation analysis in SIMULINK in orderto realize the adaptive intelligent power distribution control theory basis. To obtainthe curve of optimum voltage frequency ratio, make multiple sets of frequencycontrol of motor speed reduction experiment with different piecewise constantvoltage frequency ratio in the hardware experimental platform based on industrialcomputer and data acquisition card. Finally find out the relationship between load,frequency and optimum voltage frequency ratio and implement the adaptiveintelligent power distribution control when making a feedback control to the faultstate, automatic matching the optimum voltage frequency ratio. The work which isdone can considerate the safety, stability, high efficiency, energy saving andconsumption reducing of the submersible motor.Finally, in response to the need of well digitizing, this subject develops anupper unit state of monitoring system based on LabVIEW. Make programs to establish real-time communication between hardware and software and implementthe sampling and output of analog signal. Then use the graphical language ofLabVIEW to complete program of monitoring motor running state. Additionally,add functions of temperature alarm and data storing. Completely simulate the wholeprocess of remote real-time communication, online condition monitoring,temperature alarm and warning, and comprehensive data statistics in control room.
