Plateau rhodiola is a kind of precious medicinal herbs, mainly containing flavonoids, tyrosol, salidroside, sitosterol, organic acids, volatile, polysaccharide, fats, proteins and other compounds. The paper frist studies the extraction of salidroside. The reflux extraction technology was adopted. The five single factors of extraction time, extraction times, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, the concentration of the ethanol were studied to obtain the best extraction yield of salidroside.we take the nanometer which was made by the electrostatic spinning tegechnique as the material of the solid-phase extraction to enrich and purify the salidroside. We obtain the nanofubers by studying the raw materiala, operating system, electrostatic spinning voltage and other factors. Finally the content of salidroside was determine by the high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The extraction conditions were optimized by studying the previous route. The cost of raw material, extraction time and extraction effect were comprehensively considered.The optimal extraction condition were determined:extraction time2h, extraction times3, extraction temperature75℃,the ratio of material to liquid1:10,70%ethanol as the extraction solution. The best process conditions of electrostatic spinning: spinning liquid container:10ml syringe, jet mouth diameter:0.5mm, receiving fiber screen:a square piece of metal products, spinning solution:4g polystyrene+20ml butanone (room temperature,mixing6hours), voltage:10000V, spinning distance:20cm.
