With the rapid development of the national economy, increasing of mining tasks,wide-body dump truck has become the forefront of research and application ofconstruction machinery with one of the hot research,in addition, as the users of thewide-body dump truck structure, operation quality constant attention, drive axle as animportant mining dump truck carrying member, the load is high, the load changes, withchanging road conditions, poor working conditions, which bearing characteristics ofgrowing cause for concern. This article topics from Chongqing Jiaotong University andChongqing Cinda Axle Company ’s school-enterprise cooperation projects to wide-bodydump truck rear axle mine for the study, and the integrated use of finite element theoryand numerical methods such as multi-body dynamics systems, on the wide-body dumptruck drive axle assembly in-depth study.In this paper, research work mainly include the following:(1)For drawings given factory, after wide-body dump truck drive axle assemblyof three-dimensional structural modeling, finite element based on the principle ofgeometric features specific components simplify, finally determined in accordance withthe boundary conditions of the components, the use of finite element after wide-bodytheory dump truck drive axle assembly finite element modeling.(2)Typical conditions for the wide-body dump truck drive axle axle, drive axlebrakes and brake drum assembly, planetary gear combinations for analysis calculatedthe typical conditions in the assembly stress distribution, discovery-driven axle theexistence of a large safety margin assembly, provide the basis for the subsequentstructural optimization of assembly.(3)In order to study the wide-body dynamic performance of the axle assemblymine dump truck driver, according to the tonnage required bearing, axle modal analysisfeatures in the free state and in both cases there is harmony of prestressed responsecharacteristics, in addition to the main gear assembly for gear meshing dynamic analysisperformed to correctly evaluate the wide-body dump truck drive axle assembly of thedynamic characteristics.(4)Based on these studies, we propose a wide-body control measures mine dumptruck with rear drive axle assembly carrying capacity. According widebody mine dumptruck rear drive axle assembly with the key parameters on the carrying capacity of the set to optimize control parameters optimized results than the previous optimization toimprove the carrying capacity of the system, the effect is obvious. Then proposed toimprove mine suggested specific measures after dump truck driver axle assemblycarrying capacity.
