Building materials industry is the main foundation raw materialssupply industry in china, it could provide support and protection indeveloping the construction industry and related industries, Improving theliving conditions and enhancing the living standards of people also needthe material basis provided by the building materials industries. In recentyears, the production and consumption of cement, wall materials andother major building materials are much larger than other countries in theworld. Traditional building materials production industry was limited bythe material properties, technological levels and the backward productiontechnology, frequently makes more about the loss of raw materials,large quantities of energy consumption, serious environmental pollutionand other issues through the production process; especially the latter,environmental pollution problems in the building materials industry is themost serious in the industrial sector. National dust emissions of thevarious industrial sectors dust emission of the building materialsproduction industry is far more than other industries, including thecement production industry is particularly prominent, it is the largestsource of dust emission. Therefore, the study of dust control about thebuilding materials production plant is important.In this paper, firstly, the problems of industrial dust control andgas--solids phase flow is conducted a comprehensive theoretical analysis,then to be seen a building materials production plant as example, studythe key locations in the dust generated and the dust mechanisms by thenormal operating state, proposed effective measures about dust collectionin dust point, three models of the different dust measures near dust pointwere simulated studies, search for effective dust removal programs;regarded the building materials production plant as the prototype to builda dust control model for the building materials production plant,measured results and simulation results of plant were compared andanalyzed, By comparing the simulation results about with or withoutremoval measures and comparative analysis Von simulation results andthe experimental results obtained solution about the key issues on dust control study.
