China's tin resources are relatively abundant,but the raw tin resources are gradually depleted,which restricts the development of China's tin mining industry.The properties of cassiterite are easy to muddy,and a large amount of slime is produced during the mining of tin resources.The slime has the characteristics of small mass and large specific surface area,which causes a series of problems in the flotation.In this paper,the traditional method of desliming test and the inflatable desliming bucket test of the degassing bucket were carried out.The advantages and disadvantages of each desliming method and the influence of desliming on the subsequent floatation were compared.Combined with the analysis methods such as scanning electron microscopy,the analysis was carried out.Distribution characteristics of cassiterite and argillaceous minerals under different desilting methods.The results of single re-slipping de-sludge test showed that the desliming or desliming of the shaker had a higher value of desliming,and the desliming amount was higher than 30% under the optimal process test conditions.However,only the traditional shaker or spiral chute has a common problem,that is,the cassiterite run tail,resulting in low recovery rate of cassiterite.The desilting test of the slag ore sample was carried out by flotation desliming method.Under the optimum process test conditions,the recovery rate of tin was higher than 80%,but the de-soda amount was low,and some cassiterite adhered to it.The surface of argillaceous minerals changes its surface properties and cannot be captured,resulting in a lower amount of desliming.For the problem of single re-election and flotation desliming effect,the design and development of the inflatable desliming bucket was used for the desliming test.The results showed that the tin recovery rate of the inflatable desliming bucket under the best working conditions.It is 81.51% and the mud removal amount is 29.34%.The effect is greater than a single reselection and flotation method.The pneumatic desilting bucket can effectively remove the fine-grained argillaceous minerals,and the SEM and EDS analysis verify the deliming test results.In the subsequent test of floating tin,the effect of floating tin on the non-de-slurry sample was poor,and the amount of the agent was increased;the flotation effect of the mud-removed sample was significantly improved,and the sample treated by the inflatable desliming bucket was obtained.The best flotation effect reaffirms the need for pre-desilting and the advantages of an inflatable desliming bucket.The paper compares and analyzes the desliming effect and process characteristics under different desliming modes,and designs and develops the re-floating combined aerated inflatable desliming bucket,which provides a way to reduce the influence of shale minerals on cassiterite flotation in industrial production.The theoretical basis provides favorable technical support for the efficient recycling of tin resources in China.
