Motor vehicles are the main means of transport mine, on the ground or underground transport, have played a crucial role.Now, in the high-speed development of China, energy issues seriously affecting economic development. Our mine resources, increasing demand for coal resources, but our coal mining to underground mining mainly based, the percentage of Surface Mining less than10%, in the coal mine mining, mining often determines the transport capacity ability to present the material surface and underground transport are basically using the motor vehicle transport. With coal mining, face farther away from the wellhead, downhole motors also need to take a manned vehicle to face. Shows that the motor car has become an important means of transport of the mine.Most of China’s mining electric locomotives using relatively primitive way speed DC motor resistor string, using this approach the problems more speed, such as high efficiency, maintenance difficulties, frequent replacement parts, convenient operation, safety performance not higher range of issues. These problems not only likely to cause safety problems, but also affect the production of coal. The model is simple and direct torque control system, used in the motor vehicle speed control allows the system to automatically adjust capacity with strong, wide speed range, good acceleration and deceleration performance, and improve protection, reduce energy consumption, maintenance costs reduced, and stable performance, so this selection of high-performance direct torque control strategy, using the DSP as a motor vehicle controller, the motor vehicle improvements.We first introduces the research background, current situation and developments at home and abroad and the development of direct torque control, and several control schemes were analyzed and compared in this paper. Then introduces the basic principles of the theoretical basis and direct torque AC speed control of induction motor and direct torque control of the simulation. Secondly, on the subject to the overall design of the system, the design of the system hardware and software components, in terms of hardware, describes the situation as well as working circuit TMS320F2812and intelligent power modules, direct torque control system driving circuit, current and voltage detection circuit, speed detection circuit and PWM wave output circuits were introduced; on the software side, given the speed of acquisition principles and procedures, current sampling principles and procedures to obtain flux angle and programming methods, as well as the principle of SVPWM wave generated program implementation. Finally, the control strategy simulation software simulation testing, verification, feasibility testing protocols.Simulation results show that, DSP’s mining electric locomotive based on direct torque control is feasible.
