The water treatment industry of China has developed from original state to automatic control for 40 years.In today's Io E,it is coming to a threshold of transition from traditional industrial control systems to intelligent cross-factory information management and control platform.In early 2016,the state council issued the three-year action plan of "Internet accelerated speed" green ecology.The plan proposed three short-term objectives: strengthening dynamic monitoring of resources and environment,developing smart environmental protection and improving the system for resource recycling.These objectives put forward new requirements for data collection,data analysis and data application model of water treatment industry.Traditional reclaimed water production data transmission is based on the plant-level DCS system,which has several defects.First,data transmission is based on single network protocol.What's more,the data processing model varies with each individual system integrators.Moreover,basically there is no complex data analysis and application,and it's easy to form a "data isolated island",which makes it difficult to meet the demands of multi-system and cross-platform data integration.The environmental protection industry of our country needs to keep up with the developing trend of automatization,informatization and intellectualization.They need to integrate sewage and reclaimed water treatment projects to the uniform operation management information platform,and monitor water environment dynamically through the big data processing and analysis,improve the water recycling system,step into the great objective of smart environmental protection.Based on the background of the IIOT revolution,the paper is trying to study network construction,data acquisition,data processing and analysis of the reclaimed water plant with a new idea of "IIOT + big data".The objective is to set up a goal is to set up a reclaimed water data acquisition and application system which is based on IIOT platform and application system,and to explore the way of intelligent operation and management.This paper makes a general study about the basis of data acquisition network construction,data storage and modeling,information security,fuzzy hierarchical data analysis algorithm,which is based on the IIOT.In addition,we combine the study with actual project and complete the network construction and data acquisition in reclaimedwater in an actual project.Not only finish the data statistics and analysis for important equipment procurement,installation,operation,maintenance,reformation which set up a full life cycle management for equipments,but also apply the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method on unit power consumption,intactness,and effluent quality data of the important equipments for each team to appraise the score.It is the first step to explore the construction of IIOT cloud platform for water treatment industry,the application of big data analysis and the realization of intelligent water resources management and control system.
