To ensure the orderly,efficient and low consumption of mine production,it is very important to have a safe,stable and reasonable mine ventilation system.However,with the continuous development of mine production activities,the network structure of mine ventilation system has changed.At the same time,mine geological factors such as gas geology,mine pressure and the risk of coal spontaneous combustion have also quietly changed.In addition,due to the influence of mining activities,the parameters of mine ventilation system have gradual changes and sudden changes,which will inevitably result in the normal operation of mine ventilation system Impact,which is not conducive to safe production and unreasonable technical and economic conditions.Therefore,by introducing the theory of system engineering,fuzzy mathematics and optimization,it is very important to optimize the design,operation state simulation,evaluation and optimal selection of the mine ventilation system,so as to obtain the mine ventilation system with the best technology,safety and economy.Based on the related mine ventilation theory and technology,taking Zhangcun mine of Lu'an Group as an example,under the background that the mine plans to run through the intake air vertical shaft of the west expanding area,use a combination of survey and simulation methods,first of all,based on the actual measurement and calculation of Zhangcun mine,the main problems in the ventilation system of Zhangcun mine are analyzed as follows: the wind speed of some shaft and tunnel exceeds the standard,the effective air volume rate is low,the wind is tight in some air using place.The ratio of section resistance to total resistance is small,the number of air shafts is large,which is not easy to manage,the main ventilator power consumption of each return air shaft is high,and the efficiency is low,which is not conducive to energy saving and ventilation management.Secondly,by using Ventsim 3D visualization simulation software of mine ventilation,a 3D visualization model of Zhangcun mine ventilation system is established,which is highly consistent with the actual mine.The relative error between the simulation value and the actual value of the model is small,and the relative error is less than 5%.Finally,the air network solution of the four proposed optimization schemes is analyzed,and the third scheme is adopted: through the intake air vertical shaft of the west expanding area,the adjustment of some ventilation lines and facilities,or the adoption of the fourth scheme: through the intake air vertical shaft of the west expanding area,changing the West return air shaft into the intake air shaft,can alleviate the air pressure of the second level and the +480 level of each mining area to a greater extent,provide ventilation convenience for the 27 mining area,28 mining area and 29 mining area to be mined in the future,with reasonable economy,and sustainable development of the mine It is convenient and suitable for mine reference.Finally,through the established analytic hierarchy process model of mine ventilation system in Zhangcun mine,the influence weight of each layer factor is determined,and then the quantitative calculation of four optimization schemes can be obtained: the fourth scheme has the highest total score of AHP evaluation,that is,according to the AHP analysis method,through the intake air vertical shaft of the west expanding area,changing the West return air shaft into the intake air shaft is to meet the optimization of technology,safety and economy Case.
