As the pillar industry of national economy in our country, The Coal made a great contribution to national economic growth, but The Coal is also the deadliest industrial accident in production in our country’s industry, coal mine safety accidents seriously restrict the development of coal industry for a long time. With so many coal mine safety accidents in our country, many experts and scholars began to analyze, discuss and study the real reason for coal mine accidents, in order to reduce coal mine accidents and deaths. A great deal of investigation statistics show that people’s mistake cause accidents accounted for more than80%of the total.Therefore, for the fact that a large number of China’s coal mine accidents, this article want to find the root cause of the coal mine workers’unsafe behaviors by using ABC behavior analysis method, and combine the coal mine workers’unsafe factors and control theory to eliminate the inducing factors, Eventually build a safety behavior operation system of coal mine workers. Reducing the influence of artificial factors, and preventing the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents, it will have a verygreat practical significance for our country’s coal mine safety.First of all, the paper analyzes the unsafe behaviors’concept, characteristic, cause mechanism, and the cause of coal mine workers’unsafe behavior and classification, exploring the measures to control the coal miners’unsafe behaviors, to provide support for the research of coal mine workers’unsafe behavior. Then this paper introduces the definition, analysis method, theoretical model, the application method of ABC behavior, provides the concrete method for the study of coal mine workers’unsafe behavior, combine ABC behavior analysis method and coal mine workers’to establish improment model for unsafe behaviors,it is the foundation of Build the Safety Behavior Operation System of Coal Mine WorkersSecondly, the factors of mine workers unsafe behavior can be divided into three broad categories through the field observation in coal mine and a large number of literature research, they are human insecurity,organizational management and human-machine-environment system insecurity. And make the behavior of the coal miners’psychological questionnaire according to the influence factors of unsafe behavior, and by using the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to process the measurement data, evaluate the current level of coal mine safety system operation, in order to find a breakthrough in controlling unsafe behavior, and thus more efficiently to build the safety behavior operation system of coal mine workers.Thereby, according to ABC behavior analysis of field observations and unsafe behavior improvement model, prenventing the inducing factors to control the behavior of human security risks, to build the safety behavior operation system of coal mine workers.Finally, in order to guide ABC behavior analysis method using in the safety behavior operation system of coal mine workers. Using the complete establishment coal mine workers behavior psychological inventory to the Wangzhuang Coal mine workers, and evaluate the mine workers overall operating system is in a state of more dangerous. Applying ABC behavior analysis methods to observe Wangzhuang Coal mine workers’behavior to find out the key factors of unsafe behaviors, and with the aid of behavior improvement model and the way of building safety behavior operation system, then put forward the concrete methods of controlling unsafe behavior, and improve the safety of the whole coal mine production system, build the safety behavior operation system, reduce the coal mine human accident probability.
