Study On Autonomous Safety Management Mode With Constraint For Unsafe Behavior In Coal Mine

Safety production in coal mine is still terrible in China. Statistics indicate that human and human's behavior(including deliberate violation, management failure and design defect) account for 97.67% in all direct causes of serious coal mine accidents. Therefore, controlling unsafe behavior is very important to coal mine safety management. Internal causes of unsafe behavior in coal mine are emphatically analyzed in the paper, and advanced notions of world-class management are adopted, according to the characteristics of unsafe behavior, Autonomous Safety Management with Constraint brings plenty of beneficial inspiration to China coal mine management.
