The changing user market and the demands of rapid respond to market require theenterprise to guarantee the product quality and market the product in the shortest time.However, the traditional design method not only costs a lot of manpower and material, butalso takes a long time to verify the design. The technology of digital mock-up is a modernintegrated design technology which can shorten the developing period of product, decreasecost and reduce risk. We will explore a new simulation technique to the digital testprototype which is integrated test models in product design prototype by expanding digitalprototyping technology to product testing space. Using this technique in new productdevelopment process of large environmental equipment, bag filter, will satisfy the demandsof personalized and diversified customers and the needs of the rapidly growing market. Thepaper related research subject of “comprehensive test and validation platform for digitalbag filter prototype” was funded of SINOMA group. The contributions from thisdissertation may be summarized as follows:First of all, a new method of digital test prototype integrated simulation technology forthe new product development process is proposed based on the fusion of digital prototypingtechnology, digital prototyping integrated simulation technology and digital test technology.Secondly, according the test requirements of the pulse jet bag filter, how to establishand simulate digital testing prototype is proposed.On this basis, based on the research of platform integration and data interfacetechnology, the establishment of the platform which supports the simulation of digital testprototype is successfully achieved.Finally, taking example of the design of a very series of bag filter, we achieve thesimulation design of reconfigurable test prototype and simulation experiments underdifferent conditions.Developing a application platform based on Digital test prototype integratedsimulation technology exploring a new way which transfer physical prototype testexperiment to digital prototype.studies show that: based on the Advantage of fusing designand test through digital technology, integrated model test method gradually replace part ofhigh cost of physical prototype tests on large equipment which significantly shorten thedesign cycle and improves design quality.
