Perceptron technology can reveal the complicated relationship among largeheterogeneous data through nonlinear mapping between observable information and systemcharacteristics. Currently, intelligent perceptron is successfully applied for monitoringduring production process and fault diagnosis, playing an important role in ensuringproduction safety, optimizing the technical process and improving product quality.According to the design characteristics of the large complex mechanical equipment, thepaper proposed an intellisense technology for digital product design process, and exploredto use it for the digital protype integration development of bag filter. The energy monitoringapplication, which was used during new product design of large pulse jet bag filter, verifiedthe feasibility and validity of virtual design for process perceptron. The paper relatedresearch subject of “comprehensive test and validation platform for digital bag filterprototype” was supported by scientific research funds of Sinoma group. The maincontribution of this paper includes:First, the intellisense model and perceptron building technology were studied, and theprocess perceptron mechanism for digital integration prototype design was proposed. Aperceptron was developed for digital design process. Application advantage of BP neuralnetwork technology was confirmed during handling nonlinear mapping of largeheterogeneous data.Second, design method of digital prototype for bag filter and several reconfigurablemodels were studied. After analyzing the characteristics of energy consumption,characteristic parameters which affects the size of energy consumption in the process ofdigital design for bag filter was identified. Afterwards an energy consumption perceptiontechnology was put forward which could be used in the digital prototype design processof bag filter. The nonlinear mapping relationship between product design parameters andenergy consumption characteristics was obtained through multi-level perception model, andenergy consumption monitoring and evaluation of complex design process was realized.Finally, energy consumption perceptron of bag filter was developed, and the designprocess of512series new product design process was validated.The rationality of thedigital design for energy consumption was estimated.Feedback of design flaws can be sentonline.Research and application indicate that the sensing system of energy consumption canmake full use of large heterogeneous information generated through digital product designprocess, quickly and efficiently implements comprehensive performance evaluation of newdigital prototype. Practical application of the system can effectively reduce the energy consumption of large equipment operation.
