With the rapid development of modern computer technology and informationtechnology, the digital integrated design technology and application has a wider space.Currently the product prototype design and performance analysis technology,as well as dataprocessing technology, has been unable to meet the rapid changes of market and thepersonalized needs. In this paper, according to the increasingly diversified demand of thebag filter product customization, based on the digital prototype technology put forward adevelopment platform,the development platform used for design of new productdevelopment and integration testing prototype, explores the integrated and visual dataprocessing research on key technologies and realization methods for the digital testingprototype.Besides, the research of integrated and visual data processing module,which laysfoundation for solving the encountered problems of the bag filter digital prototypingperformance testing and design optimization. This is important for improving designquality, shorten development cycles, reduce development costs and to meet the needs ofdifferent users. The paper related research subject of “comprehensive test and validationplatform for digital bag filter prototype” was funded of sinoma group.The main contents asfollows.First of all, through the analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad, thetheory of digital test prototype method were studied, mainly including digital prototypetechnology, testing technology and key technology for the test prototype as a basis for putforward for test prototype integrated data processing and visualization requirements.Second, with the structure and working mechanism of bag filter, bag filter digital testprototype was studied, and put forward a test prototype design requirements, designprocess and main performance parameters.Meanwhile the bag filter performance testingrequirements ang main influence factors were analyzed.On this basis, the integration data processing of bag filter test digital prototypeimplementation and visualization technology are studied, including the construction of adigital test prototype, integration of data processing and visualization of the theory andmethod of implementation technologies.Finally, the system of the bag filter digital testing prototype integrated data processingand visualization applications was developmented. The function module of digital prototype simulation for new product and the integrated and visual test data processing wasfinished. A simulation examples of the single chamber filtration performance prove that thefunction module is feasible and effective.The results show that the integration of data processing and visualization techniquesfor performance analysis bag filter prototype testing, the optimized design of bag filterproducts has important reference value.
