With the development of computer technology and computational fluid dynamics.Using CFD technology to solve engineering problems of bag filter is increasingly widespread application,and customer personalization computational grows increasingly.In order to finish the customized products quickly,visual display,and its performance is a forecast,then can achieve optimal improvement of the product.This paper proposes to build a digital prototype integrated test verification platform of bag filter,by adopting digital prototype technology,the design method of reconfigurable modular,integrated design,analysis methods and TRIZ innovative tools,which is a set of rapid reconstruction,numerical simulation,evaluation,improvement of optimization and innovation.On the one hand,the application of TRIZ innovative software tools is the key to solve the problem which will shorten the R&D cycle and reduce the R&D costs,met the demand of user customization,and providing theoretical basis for the research and development of bag filter;On the other hand,It can realize the fully digital reconstruction,performance analysis and evaluation of products by adopting digital prototype,rapid reconfigurable design technology.According to the technical characteristics of the bag filter product,this paper systematically discusses analysis and application of relevant technical theory and implementation methods for building the reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype.And the parameter passing between the two kinds of prototype to conduct research and application of bag filter is constructed platform,then constructs the comprehensive testing of bag filter digital prototype verification platform.The main work and achievements include:(1)The paper completes the analysis and summarization of the key Pro/E features and technologies for building reconfigurable product,proposes the building process of reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype based on Pro/E,and completes the construction process of reconfigurable bag filter digital prototype;According to the structure of the prototype control flow field parameters in the extraction and transmission,implement the data transmission between structure and function prototype prototype,model transformation;(2)By using journal languages of Gambit and Fluent to build the CAE models,and achieve performance fully parameterized simulation;(3)Developed a bag filter enterprise oriented software platform,it can realize the fast reconstruction,innovative research and development,the parameterized automatic modeling,CFD analysis and post-processing and analysis and evaluation results;(4)Using the theory of TRIZ,the innovation for broken bag problem,get a variety of configurations,and CFD calculation and evaluation.
