The purpose of this thesis is to find a suitable for China’s national conditions,suitable for the international development trend, in technology and economy and soon various aspects are feasibleforwaste incineration flue gas denitration industrybusiness model, and through further study on the business model and issue therelated management and optimization methodology for this business model.This article summarized the long-term experience on waste incineration and fluegas denitration industry, Integrated many factors such as policy comprehensiveresearch technology, economy, project management, human resources, businessdevelopment and so on. Explore the social and economic effect to maximize businessmodel. This article also demonstrated gradually the most suitable method of DeNOxtechnology and execution method in china through the current domestic waste andwaste incineration flue gas denitration after the analysis of the present situation anddevelopment trend in the future, which leads to the widely used domestic and abroadin the waste incinerator flue gas of nitrogen treatment: fully automatic high efficiencySNCR processing technology, at the same time according to the application of thetechnology and characteristics of this technology investment operations, analysis ofthe characteristics of the technology, the corresponding methods of projectmanagement and execution. Thus raises the waste incineration denitration projectEPC (Engineering-procurement-Construction) and BOT (Building-operation-transfer) mode,and the two models are compared and the pertinent, in turn,fromthe perspective of technology and economy to study the feasibility of the wasteincineration denitration BOT mode, on the basis of a single project feasibility,discusses the distribution of the incinerator has brought the possibility of wasteincineration flue gas denitration BOT combination-Operation.Finally,the waste incineration flue gas denitration BOT the characteristics of theCombination-Operation business model, method, framework, profit model, riskhas carried on the detailed elaboration, and then summarized how to organze the rawmaterial supply chain upstream and downstream, how to build waste incinerationBOT combination management structure, how to use project management method torealize the suitable management of BOT combination-operation. how to identify andavoid the risks of the BOT project, etc. Finally, this article give the suggestion to this kind of new business model formanagement and optimization.
