Risk assessment theory was applied to establish the risk assessment model of heatsupply engineering in chemical industry park in this paper. Considering heat sourcelocation and heat network layout, the probability model of heating interruption caused byheat supply network fault and the corresponding loss model of a single enterprise wererespectively established, which provided theoretical basis and technical support for thesafety assessment of heat supply engineering.The layout optimization of tree-like heat supply network based on risk was built basedon the risk assessment model of heating-supply engineering. According to the equivalentcost of length, the investment model was established. The more advanced and more widelyused genetic algorithm was used to obtain a better global search results for layoutoptimization problem. Also the C language was used to compile the main genetic algorithmprogram. Furthermore, the layout optimization of heat-supply network based on risk wasrealized in this paper.C#was used to develop chemical industry park public engineering and securityfacilities safety assessment and optimization software system (heating), combined with thesingle genetic algorithm procedures programmed by C language. Through relatedoperations of the user login module, loss computing module, database management module,layout optimization and result analysis module, the best heat source position and thecorresponding layout scheme were optimized, realizing the intelligent retrieval of heatsource and heat supply network.The calculation results of heat supply engineering in Xiao Hu Island chemical industrypark in Guangdong show that: the risk assessment model and layout optimization modelpresented in this paper realize the layout optimization based on risk. The optimizationresults provide quantitative database for layout optimization design of heat supplyengineering from the angle of security and has certain reference value and meaning forpractical engineering application.
