Chemical industry park has developed rapidly in China in recent years. This makes a huge contribution for Chinese economic development. Meanwhile, chemical industry park also brings a variety of complex environmental issues. There are a large number of chemical companies in the chemical industry park. These companies are distributed very intensively. They use a huge amount of hazardous chemicals in their producing and processing progresses. Therefore, it is very necessary to make environmental risk valuation for Chinese chemical industry parks. In this paper, the chemical industrial park comprehensive environmental risk is evaluated. Chemical industrial park is facing to the regional and complex environment. This paper considers the above characteristics in the process of research, and combined with the principle of environmental risk assessment. At the same time, we also consider the enterprise involved in the production process of risk source, control system and enterprise management level and receptors. Finally selected the dangerous chemicals and production technology, safety management measures and receptor sensitivity to make up the evaluation system. The main content is in the following:(1) Analyse and identify the environmental risk sources which are existed in chemical industry parks; select appropriate evaluation methods and build risk index assessment model for the chemical industry enterprises. Introduced pollutant treatment situation, the environmental contingency plans and emergency management, safety management, historical accident, the factory can be affected by natural disasters such as index, get chemical enterprise environmental risk comprehensive index.(2) Using weighted risk evaluation method, combined with the weight to obtain the integrated environmental risk index of each enterprise.(3) Taken Songmudao Chemical Industry Park as an example. Based on the index system and evaluation method proposed in this paper, we get the comprehensive environmental risk index for each enterprise and do risk stratification for the chemical industry companies by adding the sub-index scores of each enterprise campus and integrated weight weighted together for each enterprise in the chemical industry park. The results show that, in the chemical industry park there are 5 firms got higher environmental risk,9 companies got high environmental risk and eight enterprises got normal environmental risk, occupied 22.7%,40.9% and 36.4% respectively. Enterprise 1 which has the highest level of environmental risk need to pay more attention on the synthesis ammonia management. Enterprise 11 and 20, secondary high level of environmental risk, should strengthen their environmental risk supervisions. For the remaining 19 firms, taken regular supervision and inspection is necessary.Our work provides useful information for the administrator to make decision in riskmanagement. Furthermore, our research is helpful for the government and chemical industrial park to plan the land-use. These factors are essential for the safeguard of the public health and property, protection of the environmental resources, and promotion of the sustainable development of chemical industry park.
