Study On Risk Assessment Of Chemical Industry Park

With the increasing scale and number of chemical parks,the development of chemical parks has caused many economic and environmental problems,especially the safety issue has gradually become the focus of human attention.Through the risk analysis and domino effect research on the chemical park,the corresponding safety measures are found to reduce the probability and consequences of accidents in the chemical park,and provide reference for safe production.(1)Explain the principles and guidelines for the establishment of the evaluation system from the three aspects of scientific principles,holistic thinking and relative independence,from the regional production status of the chemical park,regional human factors,regional environment,regional emergency rescue capability,and enterprises within the chemical park.Five aspects of mutual influence have established a risk assessment indicator system for chemical parks;(2)The basic theory of AHP is briefly described.The structure judgment matrix and consistency test process are analyzed.Combined with the established risk assessment index system of chemical industrial park,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,the risk assessment index system of chemical industry park is obtained.The weight value of the weight indicator of each indicator;(3)List the main forms and damage criteria of fire and explosion accidents,and discuss the calculation methods of accident consequences such as pool fire,solid fire and steam cloud explosion with the relevant formulas.Taking a chemical park as an example,the fireball and thermal radiation lethal radius are obtained.,the fatal radius of the explosion accident;(4)Discussed the triggering factors and expansion theory of the domino effect,analyzed the possible domino effect triggering model in the chemical park enterprises,and studied the domino effect risk calculation process;(5)For the two different risk management situations,such as sudden risks and nonburst risks in chemical parks,the safety management methods,risk management systems and emergency rescue management were studied.(5)From two different situations of risk management in Chemical Industry Park-unexpected risk and non unexpected risk-to explore safety management methods,risk management system and emergency rescue management.
