It gets rid of the bundle of plant tissue except fiber bundle, maintains the natural state of fiber bundle of Natural Bamboo Fiber. These grooves,gaps and cracks of Natural Bamboo Fiber, like a capillary,for its absorbing and evaporating moisture in a flash, it is known as "breathing fiber".Natural Bamboo Fiber has bacteriostatic,deodorizes, antivirus,uv radiationand other health care function,is a real sense of natural environmental protection fiber.In Natural Bamboo Fiber’s manufacturing method, enzymatic compared with physical method and chemical method,it has high catalytic efficiency, high specificity,no pollution,and the advantages of mild reaction conditions,so the Finer Treatment of the Natural Bamboo Fiber by Enzyme research is extremely important.Firstly,determination of main components and performance analysis for the four kinds of semi-finished products of Natural Bamboo Fiber.Then discuss the Finer Treatment of the Natural Bamboo Fiber by laccase,xylanase, pectinase and cellulase,to determine the optimum process conditions of single enzyme.Finally discuss the Finer Treatment of the Natural Bamboo Fiber by the compound enzyme (two step method and one-step method),determine the optimum process conditions of compound enzyme. Comparing with single enzyme treatment effect,finally an optimum process conditions are determined. Conclusions are as follows,(1)By a single enzyme test results it is concluded that,Optimum conditions of laccase,the enzyme concentration4%,pH value of4.5,time for2.5h,temperature of45℃.Optimum conditions of xylanase,the enzyme concentration1%,pH value of4.8,time for2.5h,temperature of45℃.Optimum conditions of pectinase,the enzyme concentration4%,pH value of5.0,time for2.5h,temperature of50℃.Optimum conditions of cellulase,the enzyme concentration4%,pH value of4.7,time for50min,temperature of50℃.Aflher the Finer Treatment of the Natural Bamboo Fiber by Enzyme, the maximum removal rate of lignin of NO.2#,4#and5B are25.03%,29.02%and30.41%, the maximum removal rate of hemicellulose are30.76%,31.29%and30.07%, the maximum removal rate of pectin are91.31%、88.49%and90.58%, the maximum minification of fineness are41.27%、44.38%and43.68%. (2)By compound enzymes test results it is concluded that:The one-step method of compound enzyme treatment effect and two step method comparison,the little difference between the two.Considering the production cost, one-step processin g time,material and human consumption are less,can greatly reduce the cost.So,one-step method is more suitable for application in practical production. Optimum conditions,pectinase enzyme concentration4%,the processing time for2.5h,cellulase enzyme concentration4%,the processing time for50min, pH value of4.8, temperature of50℃.Afther the Finer Treatment of the Natural Bamboo Fiber by Enzyme,the removal rate of lignin of NO.2#,4#and5B are26.53%,30.14%and31.76%,the removal rate of hemicellulose are33.58%,35.02%and34.29%,the removal rate of pectin are92.44%,89.98%and92.49%,the minification of fineness are44.36%,45.66%and45.11%.In conclusion the single enzyme treatment effect and compound enzymes treatment effect comparison,the ompound enzymes treatment effec is better.Optimum conditions, pectinase enzyme concentration4%,the processing time for2.5h,cellulase enzyme concentration4%,the processing time for50min,pH value of4.8,temperature of50℃.The Natural Bamboo Fiber’s lignin and hemicellulose,pectin and fineness are significantly lower,the Natural Bamboo Fiber’s yarn hairiness reduced surface,making a relatively even dry,elasticity and softness improved at the same time,the distance of clothing textile production requirements into a big step.
