Intelligence Oirented Study On Children’s Safety Garments Based On Near Field Positioning Technique

The safety consciousness has become firmly rooted in people’s hearts. So safety as themain purpose, emphasis on healthy, environmental and comfortable living condition ismodern people’s desire and expectations. Facing to the complexity of environmental safety,the differentiation of body response capacity and disorder of special groups. We put forwardto solve the near field lost safety issues with clothing special features in the growthenvironment before understanding the close relationship between clothing and human body.Focus on the analysis of the technology and the near field positioning signal’s transmissionbetween artificial mini-sensor and Bluetooth Low Energy, and the integration of informationprocessing module and the terminal feedback system. We attempt to design the safety clothingwith function of real-time monitoring children’s activities in order to ensure the safety of thechildren’s activities under the near field environment.This subject provides a new basis for analysis of children’s near field safety orientation,and theoretical guidance and practical application for children’s near field orientation safetygarment design. At the same time, we makes a preliminary analysis on establishing thesystem and safety index reliability assessment of the product use.Firstly, This paper analyzed the causes of children safety problem, and introducesresearch status at home and abroad in detail by means of intelligent to realize clothing specialfunction and demonstrates the practicability to researching children near field safety problem.Thus, we put forward the plan with intelligent near field position safety children’s clothing.Secondly, according to the research hotpot in the design of intelligent garment in themodern functional clothing, as well as the close relationship between clothing and humanbody. The method of wearable technology and Bluetooth Low Energy technology embeddedin children’s near field localization in safety clothing was put forward. As a result, this paperexpounds the definition, characteristics and classification of children’s near field locationsafety clothing. We also program in detail the design principles, methods, design patterns andprocesses for children’s near field location safety clothing.Thirdly, we has selected the optimal matching on the basis of the testing and analysis forwearable technology and Bluetooth Low Energy technology in the near field positioningfunction designing. We mainly prepared positioning element devices, which has the core ofthe wearable technology and Bluetooth Low Energy technology and do a systematic analysisfrom the style, structure, fabric and functional testing. At the same time, we determined theseats of positioning element device on the garment according to children’s activitycharacteristics and personality. Finally,We designed a series of children’s clothes that has thenear field orientation function. Fourthly, we studied the evaluation index system for children’s clothing use with thenear-field positioning safety function, which provided a new standard measure whether theproduct use is safe and comfortable. And we also established a set of complete evaluationsystem to verify the market value of the near field orientation safety children’s garment.Finally, The article put forward the development trend and potential of the safetychildren’s garment in the smart garment designing. At the same time, we also pointed out thelimit problems that the material design, positioning signal design and the series ofmaintenance and finishing in the research of the near field location safety children’s garment.And the direction of further study in the future was put forward.Practice has proved that under the environment that frequent reports is becoming moreand more attention of consumers and society, and the government has reiterated repeatedlychild safety problems. The only way is to combine with the relationship between clothing andhuman body, and innovative used the trend of the safety design of modern science andtechnology. We can better solve the hidden safety problems of this special group of children,and eventually make the safety function of children’s wear market occupies a place.
