As the newly growing main purchasing force’s consumption idea has been transformed, and the increasing purchasing power, the children’s garments market, praised as a sunrise industry, is coping with the current homogenized competition through differences o1 fashionalization. the children’s wear market which has been hailed as a sunrise industry in gradually through the fashionized differences to cope with the current homogenized competition. As a result, more and more enterprises gradually divert their focus fromquality to the emotion and status symbol to move to brand development path, as a result, they badlyneglected the most important and basically functional value of the fashionized children’s garments. Functional value is the fcornerstone of the brand establishment in the market, more importantly, it is the first step for those nameless or less-effective children’s garment enterprises to take to develop the brand. This thesis, combined the characteristics of the fashionized children’s garments with the importance of the functional value on the fashionized children’s garments, this thesis analyzes the importance of children’s fashion wear by studying the particularity of children’s clothing and the importance of functional value. Based on empirical research of the affective elements on the functional value of the fashionized children’s garments, this paper aims to enrich the present theory of the functional value and provide references for enterprise to build the functional value of the fashionized children’s garments.Basing on document research, this paper makes a further analysis and summary on the functional value influence elements of the fashionized children’s garments, and then proposes a hypothesis, and build the structural mould of the functional value. By taking parents as samples, questionnaire investigation has been made in this thesis. SPSS has also been used to analyze the data collected to model and hypothesis in this paper. It also analyzes the elements affecting the functional value of the fashionized children’s garments and the connection between the each component of functional value and the functional value of fashionized children’s garments. Finally, the research conclusion will be applied tc commercial practice to provide some methods to build up the functional value of the fashionized children’s garments for enterprises.Based on the result of case research, this paper comes to a conclusion that the enterprises should follow the following tasks:They should pay attention to aesthetic quality and inner quality to make the product quality of the fashionized children’s garments. Through the structure innovation, Fabric innovation, decoration design innovation attached by the science and technology to realize the functional innovation of the fashionized children’s garments. Through the fast, efficient tangible and intangible services to promote quick response of the fashionized children’s garments. In addition, enterprises need to take priority in the three aspects to build up the functional value of the fashionized children’s garments when they are facing different groups of target consumers or buyers.
