The Establishment Of The Index System Of Ecological Area And Its Application Research

As the social economy developed rapidly, Human beings constantly acceleratethe urbanization process. However, as a result of crazy pursuit of social economicdevelopment, our ecological environment were severely damaged, and Thecontradiction between man and nature has become increasingly acute. At the sametime of people to reflect on. More and more people focus on the pursuit of such adevelopment mode which human and nature develops harmoniously. Ecologicalconstruction has become the common to all mankind. Ecological city is a healthy,scientific and sustainable urban development pattern, also, it is the key and directionof the city in the future. Ecological Area is the cell of the Ecological City constructionengineering, it has important strategic significance for the implementation ofecological construction in China.This article from the construction of indicator system of Ecological Area topromote the view of Ecological City construction, put forward a set of scientific andreasonable and conform to the situation of our country city ecological index systemand evaluation method by studying the theory combined with domestic actualsituation at home and abroad, and follow the principle of index system buildingstrictly. This indicator system can be used to scale ecological city development leveland trend in our country. The indicator system is divided into four index layers,including general level, system level which contains three indexes, state level whichcontains sixteen indexes and variable level which contains thirty-four indexes.Meanwhile, we based on analytic hierarchy process (ahp) model, the situation ofsustainable development in the ecological district is comprehensively assessed withhierarchical analysis. In the end, the feasibility of this evaluated index system isverified considering Chenghua district of Chengdu as an example. The reasonableconclusion is acquired with provides substantial guidance for the construction anddevelopment of ecology. The study had shown that various aspects in ecologicalconstruction of Chenghua urban are in good condition. Ecological area constructionwas toward a healthy and sustainable direction. The main research results were as follows：(1) In this paper, we based on the actual situation and the latest policy laws andregulations, according to the foundation of ecological city and ecological area theoryand study of index system, established the indicator system of Ecological Area. Theindicator system of Ecological Area is divided into four levels: Overall layer, Systemlayer, State layer and Variables. Overall layer describes the ecological urbanconstruction; System layer is made up of three subsystems, it’s comprehensiveconsideration of environment, economy and society; State layer is a further detailedexplanation of each subsystem, it is the basic framework of the system layer; Variablelayer is the foundation of the whole indicator system.(2) We use analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and membership function as themain method, combine the mathematical model, make analysis of ecological urbanunder the transverse and the longitudinal, evaluate the ecological urban constructionand development situation in recent years scientifically.(3) From2009to2013, the Level Index are more than50%, and it keeps rising;Development Index are over zero, and gradually increase, the sustainability of thedevelopment is enhancing; Coordination Index from2011to2009is1.64, and from2013to2011is1.41, the development is balanced. But there have a decline from2011to2013.We should focus on the development coordination of ecologicalenvironment, social and economic. Ecological Comprehensive Index is in bettergrades, and is rising year by year, but the speed of the rise is not fast. As a result,Chenghua Ecological Area is in a good development environment. But we should paymore attention to the construction of ecology and society.At present, there is not much work which applied indicator system of EcologicalArea to the ecological construction. This study combined qualitative quantitativeevaluation method as the main method, and it had certain innovation and scientificreference value for further ecological construction work.
