Study On The Indicator System Of Ecological Tourism Programming Environment Impact Assessment Of Mudanfeng Nature Reserve

Ecological tourism is a new and fashionable hotpot. At present, many experts and scholars are enthusiastic about its study. Most of them deal with the definition, classification, research development, capacity analysis and suggestion of ecological tourism. Programming environmental impact assessment is one of the important form content of SEA. The environmental impact of programs can be evaluated and mitigation measures can be proposed, which can make programs accord with the principle of sustainable development.In this thesis, it is discussed how to establish the indicator system of ecological tourism programming environmental impact assessment. The discussion is centered on what indicators should be used to evaluate the degree of environmental impacts and the environmental sustainability of ecological tourism programs.On the base of researching environmental impact assessment and SEA in both China and abroad, the indicator system is established with the indicators of "ecology-economy and culture-environment bearing capacity-tourism resources-environment quality", including the indicators of ecology, economy and culture, environment bearing capacity, tourism resources and environment quality. This indicator system is sustained by the experience of project EIA, ecological EIA, and sustainable development. The indicator of each level can be divided into sub-indicators. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to identify the weight of individual indicator. Appraisal standard and recording method of individual indicator are brought forward. Example research is engaged on ecological tourism programming environment impact assessment of Mudanfeng nature reserve.This study provides the basic proposals for practical applications of ecological tourism programming environment impact assessment. There are still some questions required to be deepen, refined, tested and perfected in practical work.
