Acrylonitrile is one of the most important chemical products. The technology of producing acrylonitrile from ammoxidation of propylene has matured. Development of acrylonitrile catalyst with excellent performance is a hot spot which is focused by acrylonitrile industry. Evaluating the quality of the catalyst is necessary and meaningful in order to obtain the most suitable catalyst, accelerate the reaction rate to the utmost extent, improve production efficiency, to obtain the maximum profit. We need a completed chemical product evaluation device to detect in order to evaluate a product and know its quality.This paper firstly introduces the current development of acrylonitrile catalyst and its evaluation device, introduces the structure and characteristics of SHCAN2000control module, then based on a detailed understanding of acrylonitrile production process, expounds how to use the SHCAN2000intelligent control components to complete the design of hardware part and software part of acrylonitrile evaluation device of lower machine. Such as the select of measured point list, the design of double circuit diagram, the design of configuration sequence etc. At the same time, complete the upper configuration and design various monitoring picture based on the FIX software, such as flow picture, historical curve, report generation, alarm screen, realized the function of man-machine interaction, remote monitoring.Debugging results show that the control system realizes the communication between the upper machine and lower machine based on CAN Field bus. running stable, safe and reliable good man-machine interface. This is a control scheme which has high automation degree, in the situation of meet the technological requirements realize automatic of control system.
