Therefore, all over the world paymore attention to the lightning research and it’s protection.Lightning protection for buildings mainly takes reasonable and effective meansof making the energy lightning current to the earth as much as possible. It ispersuasion rather than blocking or eliminating Lightning. A complete lightningprotection system consists of two aspects: the direct and induced lightning protection,The two part is complementary and indispensable, specific to building construction,itincludes of external and internal construction projects.Comparing with the other general construction work,Mine construction projectis short duration and low budget. But it’s operation environment is harsh andcomplicated,and it requires for those who work on the site operators higher quality.Therefore, the introduction of scientific project management during the constructionprocess,helps to ensure the quality and progress of the project, which it a guarantee ofthe interests of enterprises and the security of workers.At first,This paper analyzes the background research that with the governmentand enterprise’s attention,lightning Protection has becoming essential securitymeasures to Various Enterprises. Mine construction project gradually increased, but insome, mine engineering projects is easy to be interfered by many factors which willaffect the final actual result and quality.Secondly, this paper takes this project for example which is at an increasedlightning risk and more complicated construction from a number of miningenterprises project. We use the scientific project management tools the JianjiLightning Protection Project in order to improve the possibility of efficiency,fromthe beginning of making up programs to the construction process, to the finalacceptance in quality.Thirdly, the paper based on Suichuan Jianji lightning protection project,from the start of site investigation,adopts project management methods to every item of thisproject During the construction period. Then,we concluded that using projectmanagement methodology can guarantee the accomplishment of the system with highquality and quantity in comparison to traditional construction methods.
