Power servo turret is the key components of the milling machining center. Power servoturret’s performance will directly affect the performance of the entire CNC machine tools.40%failure of Turning Center Relationship with the turret.Power servo turret translocation system is the core of the power servo turret System. Therefore, Power servo turret Transfer system corner accuracy analysis is important.This thesisstudiedprecision on translocation system of power servo turret. The transposition system for precise modeling, and on different levels of precision gear transmission system is established and accurate error model. Using ADAMS dynamics analysis software on the Power servo turret indexing system dynamics simulation.Get the main gear of the rotating precision, and error versus time curve. Compared with the sixth precision and the seventh precision gear form error on drive system of the influence of angle error. Details are as follows:First of all, learning the gear error theory, understand the gear form error definition, get the calculation method of the gear and mathematical model. Through the MATLAB software programming calculated error of involute, the coordinates of the points into Pro-E. Through the combination of MATLAB and Pro-E, standard-based involute curve equation and accurate parametric modeling of gear are made out., and gets the short period of tooth profile error of gear’s precise representation model.Secondly, combining three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E3.0with dynamic simulation software ADAMS, Pro-E created the standard involute gear tooth profile error model and short cycle accurate model into ADAMS based on the contact and impact algorithm of multibody dynamics, ADAMS softwareis used to do the kinematic precision simulation. Get the spindle gear turning angle and rotation angle error versus time curve. With short cycle and the tooth profile error of gear model was the same parameters simulation. Finally, through MATLAB simulation results are obtained after processing, the gear transmission system of spindle gear turning angle and rotation angle error versus time curve. Compared with short period of tooth profile error of gear transmission system with a standard involute gear transmission system the angle error, obtained the tooth profile error of gear transmission system the influence of angle error. The comparison of different levels of precision gear on the influence degree of angle error.
