| In recent years, the project management has been rapidly promoted and popularized worldwide, it has been successfully applied by many enterprises domestic and overseas, more and more companies become aware of the importance of the project management in the actual work. Accompanied by the higher and higher requirement of the project management, the local application of project management measures already can not meet with the requirement of management, so it will be the trend to apply the theory of project management to engineering project management systematically and completely.In this paper, we will mainly research into how we apply the theory of project management to the organization of project plan and control of Y company’s pipe testing production line project. We will use demonstrative method, mainly focus on the schedule control via the combination of theory and actual condition. From the plan of the project schedule to the application and control and then the adjustment of the project, we will set up a time management system with three levels which are plan, tracking and adjustment, this system will enable probably arrangement of application activities and shortened time. The theory of schedule control can help Y company solve some special problems during the application of pipe testing production line via adjusting the critical path and integrating the resource. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice to implement effective project management and build long-term construction project management system for the Y company. There is a strong practical guiding significance in the progress of Y company’s project management and it has achieved good effect during the actual work. We hope the content of this paper will be useful reference to the future project management of equipment installation application. |
