First of all, on the basis of Dagushan Dalian ch emical Industry zone of production safety supervision and management departments and the c hemical enterprise interview, on-the-spot investigation of chemical industry park,analyzes the Dagushan Dalian Chemical Safety Production Situation and supervision, that the problems in the chemical area against natural disasters,foundation facilities, safety production supervision etc. Secondly, based on the related theories and policy basis, comparativegovernment, domesti c and international chemical safety control of mixed typeand company type three kind of patte rns, from the information platform,organization and supervision system several aspects to desi gn the integration of management and control scheme of safety production of Dagushan Dalia n chemical Industry zone, and the feasibility analysis.Finally, the establishment of project res ponsibility system of the construction unit as the main body and the implementation of the pro posed new scheme is proposed to improve the three aspects of Dagushan Dalian chemical Ind ustry zone districtsafety production management control integration measures from the establi shment of chemical safety integrated production control system.
