Study On Prolonging The Plan Management Of Oilfield Owner Project

As the owner of Yanchang oilfield engineeirng project management is the core contentof this study, this paper ifrst reviews the relevant theoiy of the domestic and intenrationalresearch status of the owner project management and project planning and control, analysis ofthe Yanchang oilfield construction project project owner draw management status andexisting problems; secondly combining plan management the mode of general contractingunits at home and abroad project，construct the implementation mode of planned managementof project owner of oil field ground project; finally an example of Yanchang oilfield oilproduction plant and storage tank distirct renovation project plan management, focuses on theplanning management mode of project owner.This article focuses on the key points of project plan management, namely, planning andcontrol to the project plan. Project planning is the first step in the project plan management,the owner of the project plan management should include the whole process of projectmanagement, through project work breakdown structure (WBS) to make the total projcct plan,medium and small plan, in order to plan for project management. Project planning control isto ensure that the project according to the plan implementation of the measures taken onschedule. Control, main show is in the project plan should be based on comparing the actualprogress and schedule of the project, analysis the reasons of the deviation, adjust measures,and then make a new plan, again with a new schedule to control the project schedule, makeproject is always under the control of the project managers.This paper applied the basic theory of project management, project control, in theextension of the oil fields in the southern distirct of production plant oil tanks renovationproject of case analysis, with a lot of actual data and documents to show that as the owner ofthe project plan management system. Project planning case, the main use method of theproject work breakdown, and gantt chart and network diagram is used to prepare the projectplan, to guide the implementation of the project; The case of project progress control, mainlythrough the southern district of production plant oil tank project this example, application ofcirtical path method of network chart to control the project, with its to realize the goal of theowner of the projectThe article summarizes the oilfield ground engineering property project programmanagement expeirence and experience, and continued and future research directions are putforward.
