| The quality is an important constituent of the main objective in the project. And the management of quality is one of the key factors which are related with the success or failure of the entire project. In the EPC contracting project management, the quality management objective, which is the focus in the project management, is the common goal of the owner party, EPC party and quality supervision party. However, comparing with the EPC general contract project abroad, there are some differences in the quality awareness, management procedure and beneficial balance of the three sides inland. So the mode, method and level of the quality management in the whole EPC general contract project should be improved and completed.In this paper, investigating the research status of the quality management of the EPC general contract project at home and abroad, combining with the quality management status of the petrochemical engineering EPC contract project of ethylbenzene/styrene in the Yan Chang petroleum, the annual output of which is 120000 tons, it indicate that there are eight aspects of problems, such as the unreasonable duration, the poor implementation and quality control, and the conflict between cost and quality control. According to the quality management experiences and the modern quality management theory in the EPC general contract project, the mode of the quality management of the petrochemical engineering EPC contract project in the Yan Chang petroleum is optimized, and the quality management level under this mode is also improved, through perfecting the quality management program, promoting the advanced quality management method and constructing the project quality culture, etc. The conclusions will provide certain references for not only the quality management of the Subsequent EPC projects in the Yan Chang petroleum but also the quality management of the petrochemical engineering EPC general contract projects in the other domestic enterprises. |
