As the international oil price fell,the entire oil industry entered a period of low oil prices,and the contradiction between the low completion rate of construction projects and the continuous decline in investment returns.In the whole process of oilfield construction,the oilfield ground construction project is an important part of the development and production of oil and gas fields.It is not only an important means to ensure the normal production of oil fields,but also to improve the development of benefits.In the ground construction project management system,schedule control is one of the three major objectives of project control,and is closely related to the overall efficiency of the project.It is also an important means to ensure the smooth completion of the project.There is a unity of opposites between schedule control,cost control and quality control.Project schedule control should take into account the coordination of multiple objectives in project management to achieve full project control.However,in the actual project management process,the postponement of the schedule often occurs.The traditional schedule control method cannot achieve coordinated control of progress,cost and quality,and it is impossible to carry out more detailed and effective project management activities.To this end,this paper carries out the research on the progress control management of the ground construction project of Zhundong Oilfield and its countermeasures.Through combing and analyzing the problems,the reasons are analyzed from the inside and the outside,and based on the above analysis,from the schedule preparation,project work decomposition,project The quality management plan and labor input plan were carried out to analyze the countermeasures,and the corresponding safeguard measures for the progress control of the ground construction project of Zhundong Oilfield were put forward,so as to realize the better implementation of the oilfield ground construction project,thereby improving the economic benefits of the oilfield.
