| With the steady development of China’s economy, as China’s primary energy,the demand for coal resourceshas been surged in recent years, the work load ofunderground mining has also been increasing accordingly. Since the mainpractices of China’s coal industry are underground mining, it is prone to gasleaking, mine collapses and other security issues. Under such circumstances,theunderground communication network of coal mine is very important to solvethe security problem, because excellent communication network can greatlyenhance the transmission quality of the data in coal mine. The geographicalenvironment is very special underground, currently3G is the maturecommunications technology that is widely used in society.Therefore, we choose3G as underground communications network in this design.Based on the study of existing mine safety monitoring system, andcombined with the actual situation of China’s coal industry, the mine safetymonitoring systemis designed in this paper, by using3G technology as a datatransmission network.3G network is China’s third generation mobilecommunication standard TD-SCDMA, coal mine data collection terminalexchanged mine safety monitoring data and commands with the host computervia wireless on the TD-SCDMA network.The design is divided into three parts, which includes the research of TD-SCDMA smart antenna algorithm, the design of coal mine data terminal and thedesign of PC. When the coal mine data communicating, complex geographicalenvironment and huge data traffic noise would be a significant impact on the datacommunication and produce multipath effects, a variety of interference Rayleighweakness will seriously affect the quality of communication. In this paper, TD-SCDMA smart antenna solved the above problems, effectively improved thequality of communication. The data collected by coal mine data terminal will be processed effectively. The data is transferred to the TD-SCDMA network by thewireless module LC6311(+) using the Internet protocol. To select the terminal forthe microprocessor, it is used for the STM32microcontroller which the core isARM Cortex-M3, to achieve the overall control of each module. PC is designedfor using the MFC. PC can communicate with data communication terminal onthe TD-SCDMA network using the socket transfer data. Experimental data andsimulation results show that the system can achieve design features. |
