Nowadays, with the development of domestic society and economic, the demand of thecrude oil in domestic market has an obvious increase. In order to response to the country’sdevelopment strategy in petroleum industry, Shaanxi Yanchang oil co. LTD begins to carry onmassive constructions of ground project to achieve the goal of "high production, high recovery,high efficiency". Water injection system is one of the vital systems of ground projects in oilfields, and the construction of water injection station is the core unit. This paper regards thepotential risks of the building project of the water injection station in Nanniwan oil-producingfactory as the study objects, introduces the concept of risk management into realistic projectconstructions, carries on risk recognition, risk analysis and risk evaluation by using objectiveand reasonable methods, and offers viable risk response strategies and risk managementsystem according to the actual situation of the construction of water injection station.The risk management of the building project of the water injection station in Nanniwanoil-producing factory first recognizes, analyzes and classifies the risk factors exist in thebuilding project with the help of fault tree analysis method, and lists the detailed risk factors,defines the definition an detailed contents of the risk management of the project; Thenestablishes risk assessment index system of the building project of the water injection stationin Nanniwan oil-producing factory, and confirms the priority levels of different risk factorsand active risk factors; In the next step, combines the traditional fuzzy mathematical methodwith grey system theory evaluation method, and introduces grey fuzzy evaluation method,builds up the model index system of the project, calculates the weighted values of differentrisk factors, then grades and sorts the severities. Establishes the evaluation model of theproject of the water injection station, calculates the VAR numbers of the risk factors, and givesthe VAR number of the entire project; Finally, based on the results of the risk recognition, riskanalysis and risk evaluation and along with the strategies and policies of Shaanxi Yanchang oilco. LTD and the actual situation of the Nanniwan oil-producing factory, this paper induces theprinciples and basic policies of risk response, draws up risk response strategies aimed atdifferent risk factors, then establishes the risk management system from a macro point of view.
