With the development of blasting technology, especially in research and application of millisecond blasting technology for precision detonators extension increasingly demanding. Delay errors caused mainly by delay element and fuse head, the development of microelectronics technology makes electronic control postpone the application of technology in the electric detonator can be achieved, greatly reduce the error due to deferred pyrotechnic combustion instability brought. Therefore, the fuse head angry consistency as a major factor affecting the accuracy of the electronic detonator extension study electronic detonators fuse head very important significance.Several aspects of the fuse head of the ignition mechanism of ignition, combustion processes and structures were analyzed compared. Through various reasons, choose the bridge wire fuse head. Establish searing bridge wire ignition temperature model and the actual situation, and then analyze the powder, the input energy, bridge wire diameter and structure of the fuse head of it ignition affect performance.In the fuse head based on the design principles combined with electronic detonator components of the fuse head performance requirements, design ideas proposed fuse head. Results:(1) The fuse head of KP Department and DDNP Department is easily misfire, inadequate combustion, the flame is not ideal, ignition poor, cannot meet the requirements of electronic detonators electrical fire element.(2) The fuse head of LDNP department firing voltage with bridge wire diameter decreases. The fuse head of Bridge wire of18μm fire voltage of the most stable. The fuse head of rigid structure fire ignition voltage is more stable. (3) The fuse head of LTNR department firing voltage with bridge wire diameter decreases. The fuse head of Bridge wire of16pm fire voltage of the most stable. The fuse head of rigid structure fire ignition voltage is more stable.(4) The fuse head of LDNP department igniting time in about2ms, the standard deviation is about0.8ms, electronic detonators extension assembly error in the sub-millisecond level, security compliance requirements.(5) The fuse head of LTNR department igniting time time in less than lms, the standard deviation is about0.8ms, electronic detonators extension assembly error in the sub-millisecond level, security compliance requirements.(6) Using high-speed photography to observe the fuse head ignition process.LDNP department fire flame is better, the burning rate of the slower burning a long time, LTNR department ignition faster.(7)The fuse head LTNR Department of16μm diameter bridge wire delay precision and security better.
