As China’s main coal energy, and its importance in the economic, political, military, andother related fields is self-evident. Countries increased demand for coal resources in recentyears, some coal companies consider only yield ignored coal mine production safety. Thisresults in a substantial increase in the frequency of coal mine accidents. China’s coal resourcesare mainly stored in the ground, so the need for coal miners’ deep underground mining of coalresources. Coal mine safety production environment is a very special environment. Variousunderground coal mine disasters, serious threat to the safety of workers. The most commondisasters mine gas and coal dust, floods, fires, and other roof fall. Casualties and economiclosses caused by these disasters each year can not be estimated. Therefore, the use of.NETtechnology and GIS spatial network analysis and other modern means of informationtechnology and security aid to solve production problems have important practicalsignificance.The market’s coal mine safety monitoring system is mainly dependent on the real-timemonitoring of underground micro-sensor real-time information and data. Coal mine safetymonitoring system is mainly to provide monitoring and early warning capabilities. However,the existing system is that it can not provide for mine incidents exercise, does not providesimulated emergencies for coal mining enterprises and employees. Unable to provide thenecessary basis for decision making related to mine safety department mine. In the process of coal mine developmentand construction of the security system, namely the need to go through the entire system: datacollection, needs analysis, system planning, system design, programming, systemcommissioning, trial run, improve the system put into use until the final few stage.
